Full Fabrication / Lacquer Painting / Urethane Clear Coat
The body undergoes surface preparation using sanding, puttying, and primer (surfacer), followed by two coats of paint and a final sanding for a smooth finish. The decals are also original designs produced in-house.
The base surface is meticulously prepared using sanding, puttying, and primer (surfacer).Once the surface is smoothed, the red accents (smaller areas) are applied. After curing in a baking oven, masking is applied over the red sections.The first main coat is applied, and the surface is checked for quality. Any unevenness or fine scratches are further corrected with additional sanding, puttying, and primer to ensure a perfect base for the final finish.
