Surface Preparation / Urethane Painting / Urethane Clear Coat

The body undergoes surface preparation using sanding, puttying, and primer (surfacer), followed by two coats of paint and a final sanding for a smooth finish.
The decals are also original designs produced in-house.

The surface is carefully prepared through sanding, putty filling, and surfacer (primer) coating.
After smoothing the surface to a certain extent, we apply the smaller-area colors: yellow and blue. After baking dry, we also mask the blue sections.
After painting in the order of yellow → blue → red → white, fine scratches are smoothed with sandpaper and polishing compound. The eyes and beak outlines are rendered with a brush and ruling pen.
